Question:
Hi, can somebody tell me if I can tow a U-haul 5’ x 8’ Cargo Trailer with cargo loaded? Thanks

You can tow a trailer with your 2014 Honda Odyssey and Draw-Tite hitch # 76025, but the total loaded trailer capacity of your Odyssey is something that depends on variables that you will need to take a look at in your owner's manual. For example, the most a loaded trailer could weigh is 3,350 lbs if your Odyssey has a transmission cooler such as # D13503, and is loaded with three 150 lb occupants that each have 15 lbs of cargo.
Along with the aforementioned transmission cooler you also need Wiring Harness # 118521 in order to give your Odyssey a 4-flat and power your U-Haul trailer's lights. I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
You can use the link to the help article on ball mounts I've added to determine if this kit will give you the correct amount of drop or rise. I've also attached a link to our pages with each of our ball mounts and hitch balls for you to check out.
