Troubleshooting Right Side Brake/Turn Lamps Not Working on Trailer
Question:
What else could be causing the right side brake and signal not to work? Are there any more fuses that could be causing this? I changed #14 & #17 fuses both 10amp under the hood. Left side started working but not the rightside

I took a look at the online owner's manual for your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 and it does look like you have replaced the fuses related to the left and right stop/turn lamps for the trailer. Since you now know the fuses are good, I recommend turning your attention to the trailer wiring.
I recommend first using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test the right side stop/turn signal light pin on your Silverado's 7-Way connector (3 o'clock position). You can have a buddy sit in the cab and activate those lighting functions while you test the pin. If you do get appropriate power there, then the issue is actually on the trailer side.
Check to make sure the main trailer ground is securely connected to a clean, bare metal surface on the frame. Also check the right tail light assemblies themselves to make sure they are properly grounded, whether they ground through a dedicated ground wire or through its mounting hardware. You can also inspect the wiring for any damaged or exposed portions that need to be replaced.
If you didn't get power at the 7-Way of you Silverado, then you know the issue is indeed somewhere on the truck. First make sure the 7-Way itself doesn't have any corrosion or debris built-up behind the pins, cleaning out as needed. Check the wiring going into the connector for any exposed or damaged areas and make sure they are securely connected.
If you are still having issues, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.
