Will the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style Part # S64650 Fit a 2005 GMC Envoy

Question:

Would this be the best rack to fit a 2 inch hitch receiver for an alternative type bike Biria Easy Boarding bike that essentially has no center bar in this price range or would the Swagman work better although with the Swagman platform I think I would have to also purchase an adapter to secure the bike to the ratcheting arm?

As you can see in the attached review video, the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style part # S64650 will fit perfectly into the trailer hitch receiver on your 2005 GMC Envoy. There will be no clearance issues with the rear bumper and the hatch will be able to be opened when the bikes are off and the upright is folded down. The only thing you need to do to fold the upright bar down is pull a pin which you can also see in the attached review video. This process will not require any tools.

The Lets Go Aero BikeWing part # LGA54FR is a wheel mounted bike rack and because your Biria Easy Boarding Bike has fenders, it will not work for you. You will instead need to look at a frame mounted bike rack like the previously mentioned Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style part # S64650. As you suspected, you will also need the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar part # 64005 in order to create an attachment point for your alternative frame bike. I have attached a list of all the frame mounted bike racks we have that will fit a 2" receiver tube opening.
