The Pro Series fifth wheel hitch that includes the rails, part # PS30133, doesn't include brackets. It's the hitch and the above-bed rails. It will work in your 2017 Ford F-250 but you need the brackets as well.
For a universal bracket kit you can add part # RP30439. Or for a custom bracket kit use part # RP50074. Both fit your truck but the custom kit is an easier install and requires less drilling. You also need to add the hardware kit, part # RP58430, to connect the rails to the brackets.
Another option is to purchase a bracket kit that includes the base rails and hardware; like part # RP30035 for the universal or part # RP50074-58 for the custom. Then choose any sliding fifth wheel hitch that fits industry standard rails.
