All of the available front mount hitches including # 65050 for your 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500 have a vertical load limit of 500 pounds. However, it is possible that since you will be pushing the trailer around the tongue weight could be lower if the front of the trailer was higher than the back or if you could move weight far enough back on the trailer to reduce the tongue weight.
If you aren't pushing the trailer around very far or for very long then I wouldn't anticipate an issue.
