What is the best rear suspension system for a 2004 grand marquis I am towing a 5000lb regular Coleman trailer will the firestone air system fix the problem or is there more to be done. How hard is it to installed

The Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Spring # F4107 that you referenced would be a good choice to help improve braking and handling, and reduce tire wear when traveling with a load.
You should note that this product will not give you additional towing capacities when used. You should consult the owners manual of your vehicle to determine what is the overall towing capacity of your vehicle and not exceed that.
It would not be too difficult to install this product, it would not require any drilling or permanent modification of your vehicle to install. I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
