Roof Rack Recommendation for 2017 Volkswagen Passat for Carrying Thule Cargo Box

Question:

Hi, I need a cargo box for a 2017 VW passat. I need roof racks and the cargo box itself. I understand that Rhino Rack makes a roof rack that works but they tell me that I will need adapters for it to work with a Thule or a Yakima cargo box. Can you help with the roof racks and the adapters? I have a friend that is selling me her cargo box if I can get it to fit but I need help. Thanks.

The bar dimensions fit Thule mounting hardware and the crossbar spread of 29-1/2 inches works well with the spread range of Thule roof boxes like the Thule Force L part # TH6357B which would be a great option. This box can carry up to 16 cubic feet of cargo.
