We have quite a few under-bed 5th wheel hitch options for your 2013 Ram 2500 Crew Cab with the 8ft bed. I'll start by giving you my recommendations, but I've also attached a link to all of our under-bed options for you to check out.
I strongly recommend the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch, # BWGNRK1313 (for Diesel models only) or # BWGNRK1308 (for Gas models only) paired with the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3500. This combination has everything you are looking for with a 20K weight capacity and the under-bed mount, but what really sets this apart is that the hitch can be easily separated into 2 pieces making removal and installation easy for 1 person. Most 5th wheel hitches are not easily disassembled and can be a real bear for one person to install and remove.
Also, unlike most under-bed systems, this combination uses a gooseneck hitch which only requires one 4 inch hole to be drilled into your bed rather than four 2-3 inch holes. You also have full use of the gooseneck hitch if you ever decide to tow a gooseneck trailer.
If you aren't interested in the gooseneck hitch route, then my next recommendation is the Reese M5 Series Kit which consists of the Custom Under-Bed Rail Kit, # RP30074, and the 20K M5 Series Hitch, # RP30921. This kit connects at 4 points in the truck bed and the same kit fits both Gas and Diesel models.
I've attached review videos of both hitches for you to check out and compare.
