Electric Bike Rack Recommendation for Class I Trailer Hitch of 2016 Kia Soul
Question:
I have a 2016 Kia Soul with Curt 1 1/4 hitch installed. Will the Curt C18110, 19x47 work to carry my 65 lb ebike? I need the length but need to make sure its not too low.

A cargo carrier won't be ideal for carrying a heavy E-bike as the loading and securing will be very difficult. Your best option is a bike rack specifically designed for electric bikes and for fitting the Class I hitch you have like the Thule EasyFold part # TH903202.
This fits the hitch you have, has a rise built into the shank, and has ramps for easy bike loading/unloading. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
