Looking at universal rail kit for 2011 chevy dually long bed duramax This truck has a box frame. Your video shows channel frame with nuts and handle for inboard side. Will this kit work for my truck?

You have two options for installation of a CURT fifth-wheel rail kit on your 2011 Chevy Silverado Dually Long Bed with Duramax Diesel.

First, you could use the CURT Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails with Installation Kit, # C16200, which includes the in bed rails that you selected, # C16204. This kit includes all of the necessary hardware for installation of the fifth-wheel rails in the bed of your pickup. The Universal kit will require quite a bit more drilling that a custom installation kit.

I would recommend a custom installation kit to ease installation time and reduce the amount of drilling the will be required. The CURT Custom Fifth-Wheel Installation Kit, # C16411-204, includes all of the mounting hardware for your truck, and will not require any drilling into the box frame on your truck.

If you do not already have a fifth-wheel hitch to install in the bed of your truck, the CURT Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # C16245, would make a great choice for a 1 ton truck like your Silverado.
