While we do not currently carry the FLC-1 Companion Adapter that you referenced, based on my research, this particular adapter will only fit the Flip-Over Gooseneck Hitches from PopUp. This adapter will not work to allow the B&W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3500 to fit the gooseneck hole on your Draw-Tite Gooseneck Hitch.
A similar option that might work for you is the Draw-Tite Hi-Rise Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch # 9480. This particular 5th-wheel hitch is designed to work with the Hide-A-Goose system from Draw-Tite or Reese and will provide you with an 18,000 pound towing weight capacity. If this is the type of gooseneck hitch that you have installed on your truck, then this will work great.
If this will not work, you might also consider an adapter that installs on the 5th-wheel trailer, such as the Convert-A-Ball # CAB-C5G. This adapter will bolt to the trailer's king pin to allow connection with the gooseneck ball on your truck. It features a 20,000 pound towing capacity and interior polyurethane cushions to act as shock absorbers for a smooth and safe ride.
I have attached a couple short video demonstrations on these products that you can also check out.
