Can Curt Class III Ball Mount # C45034 be Used in Rise Position

Curt Class III Ball Mount with 1-7/8inch Ball - 2inch - 3,500 lbs Item # C45034 Hello, can this part be turned upside down and used for a rise? I was looking for about a 2inch rise. Thanks

If you removed the hitch ball of the Curt Class III Ball Mount # C45034 and reinstalled it with the ball mount in the rise position this would be possible to be used in the rise position.
