Is Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack Compatible With Chevrolet Tahoe
Question:
I am considering purchasing the Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2inch Hitches - Tilting - Black to use on my 2017 Tahoe. Please confirm that it will work on that vehicle and that the rear door will open fully when the rack is in the tilt position. If it will not work, please recommend some similar bike racks that will. Thank you.

The Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack # TH83JV will likely clear the rear door when the rack is in the tilt position. When bikes are attached to the rack, we think you will have enough clearance, be we can't be sure. We have not had a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe to test this on.
I also have a video attached of the # TH69TX fitting on a 2016 GMC Yukon. When the rack is tilted with the bikes on it, the rear hatch is easily accessible when open. This rack can be set up for 2 or 4 bikes.
As long as your Tahoe has a 2" X 2" receiver hitch opening, the # TH83JV or the # TH69XT will fit.
