It looks like your 2011 Fleetwood Storm was built on the Ford F-53 chassis. It the RV has a gross weight rating of 16,000 to 18,000 pounds then for the front use # SSF-170-40-2. For the rear you could use # SSA41 or # SSR-187-40-1.
For a 20K to 22K pound chassis capacity use # SSF-170-40-2 for the front. For the rear you can again use # SSA41 or # SSR-187-54-1.
And for chassis capacities ranging from 24K to 26K use # SSF-173-40-2 for the front. For the rear you can use # SSA41 or # SSR-187-54-1.
