Starting with the fifth-wheel trailer hitch, the B&W Companion Slider # BWRVK3400-5W and rail kit # BWGNRK1111-5W that you listed is confirmed to fit and will work great on your 2016 Ford F-350 if it has the 6-3/4 foot bed. The B&W Companion hitches are considered to be the best on the market and this will provide you with a 20,000 pound towing capacity and 1 inch thick dual jaws for an excellent connection to the trailer.

I have attached an installation video on the F-350 that you can use for reference.

Then, the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness # 50-97-410 that you mentioned will fit perfectly. This will provide you with a 7-Way in the bed of your truck for easy hookup with the trailer. I have again attached an installation video that you can check out.

Lastly, the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2703 will fit your Ford F-350 and the mounting hardware is compatible with an in-bed hitch like the above-mentioned B&W Companion. These 7,500 pound capacity air springs will do a great job of maintaining even load distribution and keeping your truck level when connected to the trailer or when hauling heavy cargo. The Air Command F3 Compressor System # F2581 that you referenced will work with this system, however the included light-duty compressor might not be the best option for these heavy-duty air bags on your F-350. I instead recommend taking a look at the Air Command II # F2168, as it features a heavy-duty compressor with 150 max psi.

The mentioned components will give you a great towing setup on your F-350 and you should not need any additional parts.
