The 7-Way that comes with the 4 and 7 Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7, is a blade style 7-Way. If you look at the third picture on the product page for # 37185, you will see exactly what it looks like. I have included a link to a FAQ on the ETBC7 and a link to a video showing a typical installation.
