For higher-rated leaf springs that match the length on your existing sets, I recommend taking a look at the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e57SR. This double-eye spring features an eye-to-eye length of 25-1/4 inches and a spring width of 1-3/4 inches. It is designed for 4,000 pound axles (2,000 pound capacity per spring).
Just keep in mind that upgrading the capacity on the leaf springs will not necessarily increase the trailer's overall capacity. This is because the trailer will still be limited by its weakest component, meaning you will still need to stay below the total capacity of the 3,500 pound axles. While this isn't a huge jump in capacity, you also might notice a bit of a stiffer ride on the trailer with the slightly over-rated springs.
