Since you already have a 7-way trailer connector and a brake controller all you should need is the adapter to connect the controller. That's assuming the 7-way is factory installed. If you've installed it yourself, or had it installed aftermarket let me know.

If it's a factory 7-way there's going to be a connector under the dash above the steering column not far from where it goes through the firewall. The connector you're looking for probably has a green cover over it. Once you find this you need an adapter that connects to that plug on one end and your brake controller on the other. The adapter you need depends on the brand of your brake controller:

Tekonsha brake controller use # TK93VR
Curt brake controller use # C51446
Hopkins brake controller use # HM53035
Hayes brake controller use # HA81796-HBC

No worries at all I'm sorry I misunderstood what you meant. Nevertheless we still have what you need to tow with your van. You won't be able to use any of the adapters becuase your van doesn't have the connector under the dash. That connector is only present if you have a factory 7-way. So instead you need to run the wires. The easiest way to add a 7-way is to start with a 4-way and then convert it. For a 4-way use part # 118712 if your Pacifica is a Limited, Touring L, or Touring L Plus model. If instead it's an LX or Touring use part # 118723. Either harness plugs in behind the van's tail lights and then has a power wire that needs to be run to the van's battery. After the 4-way is installed convert it to a 7-way using our # ETBC7 kit. This includes the 7-way connector and all the wiring you need to connect the brake controller. I've linked a video fo the kit being installed on an Aspen. It's a universal install so a lot of it will be the same but keep in mind it won't be exact on your van. Especially when you install the brake controller and need to connect its red wire to the cold side of the stop light switch. This will be the circuit that only reads power when the brake pedal is pressed.
