What is the Smallest Radiator Fan Clutch Available

hi there, i was wondering the dimensions of the smallest fan clutch you have..... and is it possible to jerry-rig a clutch on a fan that doesnt have a clutch? thanks

I believe the smallest fan clutch we have is Derale Fan Clutch, # D22069. It has an overall diameter of 4.45 inches. From the face of the clutch to where it mounts measures 2.41 inches. It is for a fan with a standard rotation.
It would be best to go with a system correct for the vehicle. Certain engines use certain fan clutches and there are specific fans made to fit on fan clutches.
For custom projects and/or racing applications, an electric fan would probably be the best way to go so there will not be loss of efficiency and horsepower. I have included a link to our series of FAQ articles on fans for you.
