Everything looks great.
Since you already have the 4-way, then, the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 is exactly what you need to install a fully functional 7-Way from your 4-Way. I have attached an article that details the installation steps for this kit that you might find helpful. On your particular vehicle, the brake pedal signal wire is not easily accessible, so it is recommended to add the Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751475 for proper installation.
Lastly, the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 is an excellent choice and exactly what I would have recommended. This will work well on your Sprinter to power and control the brakes on your trailer.
This is everything you need to install a fully functional 7-Way connector and trailer brake controller on your vehicle.
