New Body or Classic Body on 2007 Chevy Silverado with No Bowtie on Tailgate and No Amber Turn Signal
Question:
I have an 07 Silverado according to you description I have neither. My taillight assembly has the back up lens at the bottom. No indications of an. amber light. Also no bow tie on the tailgate

From the picture that you sent in I would venture to say that your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado is the Classic with upgraded tail lights.
Although the tail lights and tailgate style are good indicators of the type whether you have the New Body or Classic, you can also check the front. The New Body styles tend to have headlight assemblies that are one whole section while the Classic style has them separated (see attached photos).
If all else fails you can always call or take it to a Chevy dealer and they should be able to tell you what you have based off of your VIN.
