Best Trunk Mount Bike Rack for a 2016 Toyota RAV4

Question:

we are looking for a trunk mount bike rack for our 2016 Rav 4, with spoiler and sidebars for a roof rack. We had thought that the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 3 Bike Rack would attach to the roof bars but in the video it looks like it attaches to the spoiler. Do you have a recommendation of the Yakima Fullback vs. the Hollywood? Thank you.

The Yakima FullBack 3 Bike Rack part # Y02633 is a good rack but for your 2016 Toyota RAV4, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 3 Bike Rack part # HRF2-3.

The Hollywood Racks will actually attach to the raised side rails you have on your RAV4. The adapters you will need to do this are included with the rack so no additional purchase will be necessary. This bike rack will be perfect for you because there will be no contact between the rack and spoiler. This increases security and minimizes the risk of damaging the vehicle.

I have attached a review video of this rack installed on a similar RAV4 but it does not have the raised factory side rails so it attaches to the top of the hatch instead.
