We have a trunk mounted bike rack that is a confirmed fit for your 2006 Honda CR-V but it's not the Sportrack you mentioned. Instead we have the SeaSucker Hornet Rear Window Bike Rack # 298-BH1302 that uses vacuum cups to attach to the rear of the vehicle.
