We do indeed have the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7601 that is confirmed to fit your 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon. This custom-fit hitch features a hidden cross tube that will install behind the Subaru's rear bumper, leaving only the receiver visible beneath it. It will provide you with a 2 inch receiver and it has a 3,500 pound towing weight capacity, along with a 525 pound tongue weight capacity. I do recommend checking your vehicle's owners manual for its specific capacities, as you will need to follow whichever limit is lower. No drilling will be required during installation.
I have attached an installation video on the 2017 Outback Wagon that you can use for reference.
