Recommended Hitch-Mounted Bike Rack for Easy Motion Atom Wave E-Bike
Question:
What is a good rack for an EMotion Atom Wave step-through?

For your Easy Motion Atom Wave Electric Bike, I recommend taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2-Electric Bike Platform Rack # HLY84FR. This is a heavy-duty, platform-style rack that is built specifically for heavier e-bikes like what you have. The carrier will use cushioned hooks that slide along the upright mast and attach to the bike's frame, so you won't have to worry about any interference with the fenders on your Atom Wave. The rack can secure two bikes that are up to 80 pounds each, and the 2 quick-release spring pins allow the rack to be tilted away from the vehicle (with the bikes still loaded) for easy rear cargo access. It is compatible with 2 inch trailer hitch receivers.
I have attached a video demonstration on this bike rack so you can get a closer look at all of its individual features.
Since your e-bike features a step-through frame, you might just need to add an adapter bar like the Kuat # UB01. This will attach to the bike's seat post and handlebar stem post to create a horizontal mounting point for the padded hooks on the bike rack to secure to. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product so you can see exaclty how it is used.
