Flange Lug Nut Recommendation for Trailer Wheel that is for Wheel Piloted

Question:

Converting a 1973 F350 from cutting torch modified split rims to modern wheels. Ordered 4.88 pilot, when what I really needed is the 4.77 pilot. I guess I just have to stick them up my rear, and wait for another chance for free shipping to order the correct ones. I take full responsibility, I should have ordered just one, and then I would have a good boat anchor. My question is this: Once I finally do get the right wheels, the old lug nuts are tapered. Where can I get lug nuts that are flat to work with these wheels? I dont know how to take a picture to attach to email, so sorry about that.

For trailer wheels that are wheel piloted like it sounds like you have what you'd need is a flange wheel nut like the part # 95188 which is for stud diameters of 5/8 inch.
