What Circuit Breaker is Needed for a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado with Tekonsha Brake Controller

What size fuse is used under hood for p3 on Chevy Silverado single axel trailer.One fuse 30 amp on left stud is installed. What size fuse goes on the right stud?

The correct size circuit breaker for the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 installed on your 2011 Chevrolet Silverado will vary depending on the number of braked axles your trailer has. Since you only have one braked axle then you are going to want to use a 20 amp circuit part # 9506P.
The black 12 volt wire from the brake controller will need to be attached to the silver "AUX" terminal on the circuit breaker and the copper "BAT" terminal will need to be attached to the battery 6" away from the positive terminal. You can use ring terminals like part # 44-5310A to make the connections.
