I am attaching a form that shows the different torque ratings for different situations.

If you were to have a 14" steel wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern like what comes on the Kenda Karrier # AM32182 which fits a wheel bolt size of 1/2"-20 then you would need to torque the coned nut between 75 - 85 ft-lbs.
