When my camper is pluged into the truck and I apply the brakes, the controler shows a code of 1.1. , what does that mean...

That means that your Curt Triflex brake controller part # C24VV is putting out "1.1" braking power to your trailer brakes. That's the initial braking power that applies and then from there it will apply more braking power based on how hard you apply the vehicle brakes as this controller is proportional and is designed to sense the amount of braking that your tow vehicle applies.
