I am not entirely sure what you are referring to but the Bestop TrekStep Truck Bumper Step part # B7530815 will fit a 2018 Ford F-150 as long as you do not have the 5-1/2' bed. This step can be installed on either the driver or passenger side of the bed. It features a simple bolt-on installation as you can see in the attached video. The step has a durable black powder coat finish and comes with a 3 year warranty.
If you do have the 5-1/2' bed then the only option we have for you is a side mounted truck bed step like the Bestop TrekStep Truck Bumper Step part # B7541515 which is designed for the driver side only.
