Recommendation For Wiring Harness For 2011 Nissan Frontier
Question:
The connector on the plug and play under the vehicle is a different size. I need the connector on the 37185 but has the same pig-tails for the 118266.

Based on your information, it sounds like you want to have a 4-Way connector and a 7-Way connector for your 2011 Nissan Frontier. I do not have all the components together in one kit but we can get it worked out for you.
I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Connector, Item # 118266, that you referenced and then add the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow Trailer Connector, Item # HM40920. You will have an extra 7-Way connector but you will get a 4-Way and 7-Way connector for your Nissan.
I have attached some videos for you to check out.
