Question:
Hello there, I have a 2011 Toyota Tundra - Crewmax - 5.7 L, V8 witha 5 1/2foot short bed. Im looking to get into a 5th wheel RV and Im curious what it takes to make this work. Im curious what hardware needs to be purchased and Im also trying to confirm the weight capabilities of my truck as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.

For as short of a bed as your 2011 Toyota Tundra 5-1/2 foot bed has there is only one slider hitch that will give you enough clearance to make a tight turn. For that you'd want the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550040 which will automatically slide back 22-1/2 inches as you make tight turns.
Then for a rail kit you'd want the part # DM8552020-71 which is a confirmed fit for your truck. This hitch has a 13k capacity but you'd need to check the owners manual of your truck for the truck's capacity.
