Diameter of Mounting Holes on Curt Front Mounted Hitch # 33328

Question:

I have the Curt 33328 front hitch for 2013 Honda Ridgeline. I tried to install it today, what a job. The biggest problem is with the vehicle not the hitch frankly. One thing the instructions dont tell you is that when you remove the front bumper brackets per the Curt instructions and install the hitch front vehicle bracket to the vehicle in between the frame and bumper bracket all per Curt instructions that this causes the vehicle bumper bracket to move ever so slightly, thus the holes no longer align. It does appear that the actual hitch holes front holes dont quite align with the vehicle too. They are off by maybe 1/32 inch, just enough so that it doesnt fit readily. Thus I need to drill out some hitch holes. Since the hitch is already on the vehicle yea, took 4 hours and a whole lot of problems with the vehiclesfoot front facia it s not nearly impossible to measure the diameter of the the hitch holes. Id like to get a new sharp drill bit that is maybe 1/8th larger than the current holes for the drill out operation. Would it be possible for you guys to measure the diameter of the front mount holes for me? thank you very much, you guys are the best in trailers !! Oh, my wife did buy this hitch from you guys back in Feb as part of my birthday present, and Im only now getting to installing it.
