Based on my research, the 023-326-00 number you found at the back of your existing brake assemblies refers to the Dexter 12 inch x 2 inch electric brake assembly that is designed for 6,000 pound axles and features a 5 bolt mounting flange pattern.
If this is correct, you can indeed use the etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA that you referenced. These 12 inch x 2 inch self-adjusting assemblies do not require periodic manual adjustments like standard units. They are designed for 6,000 pound axles like what you have and will bolt up to the 5 bolt mounting flanges you have on the trailer. Both the Left Hand and Right Hand assemblies are included in this kit, so you if you need two of each, you will simply need to order two kits.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
