Different Ways to Wire a Lighted Headache Rack
Question:
Might you have the proper sequence for the colored wires on the rack to correspond with the trailer wire connection (white, brown, yellow, green?) And will this include connections for the reverse lights on the rack?

I have two options for you to install a headache rack with lights such as the B&W Custom Headache Rack part # BWPUCP7500BA on your 2008 Ford F-250. However, both of them will require splicing as they do not make an in-line connector specifically for this application.
If you wanted to make the headrack removable in regards to the lighting functions then you would need to install a 4-way like part # HMC20031 on the end of the wiring harness that goes to the headrack and then splice a 4-way harness in-line with the vehicles harness with something like part # C58044.
If you wanted to permanently wire the lighted headache rack to the vehicle then all you would need to do so is some quick-splice connectors like part # SWC501746-1. Please also note that the wire colors on the vehicle may or may not match that of those on the headache rack therefore you will need to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to determine proper function.
