Troubleshooting 7-Way Upgrade on 2007 Nissan Pathfinder With Tow Package
Question:
I am converting the 4 pin factory installed the connector to a 7pin.. I followed the process that was laid out for your 2012 video. and it worked except for the turn and brake lights. I am getting power from the running lights at the factory connector but not from the turn signals or brake lights. Do you know of any possible spots for the power to not make it through? ie fuses, other connectors, relays. Thanks

To convert your 2007 Nissan Pathfinder wiring from a 4-pin to a 7-way, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118266. I've attached a video on a 2014 model to assist. The issue with your current connection is most likely with one of the relays. The blue relays activate your turn signals to get the function you need. Replacement relays are included in the Curt Relay Kit # C57000. Sometimes these relays are found behind the trim on the passenger side, and on others in the relay box under the hood. Check your owner's manual for assistance.
If you have further questions, let me know the manufacturer and part number of your harness.
