I checked the Keystone website for details on your Raptor model 3912 but I could not find this model's axle specs. Since you want to choose brakes with the appropriate stopping power you'll just want to check your specs for the axles' rating or look for a sticker or plate on the axle beam that will tell you its weight rating. Chances are the axles are rated between 5200-lbs and 7000-lbs each.
Based on your photo (thank you) and the weights of Raptor trailers you most likely have 12 x 2-inch brakes. You can check your hub dimensions to be sure. See photo please.
Your best bet is going to be a set of left and right self-adjusting 12 x 2 drum brakes like # AKEBRK-7-SA. These work for axle ratings from 5200- to 7000-lbs and they use your same 5-bolt mounting pattern. You will need one kit per axle, 3 in total. If you prefer manual adjust brakes use # AKEBRK-6.
