Is a Faulty Ground to Blame for Right Blinker not Working?
Question:
Running lights work but right blinker and brake light faulty - I’ve read a bit about this and it seems like a faulty ground wire. Would you agree based on description of problem? When lights are on every bulb works but the passenger brake/blinker doesn’t engage when told to do so. How would I fix the ground if that’s the issue? Thanks!!!

As a general rule, a faulty ground is a very good place to start if one function on your trailer is not working. You'll want to make sure your grounds are securely attached to bare metal surfaces free of any paint, dirt or corrosion of any kind; ideally, the blinker and brake lights should also have their own ground.
