Will the Hopkins 40157 5th wheel lighting work with my Ford F350 Super Duty dually

I have a great solution for you, but the Hopkins 7-way you mentioned does not fit your truck. For your 2005 Ford F-350 the best fitting option is the part # 41157 which plugs in line with the round connector at the base of the 7-ways and installs just as easy as the Hopkins that you mentioned.
Check out the install video I attached that shows the kit installed on a similar 2004 Ford F-350.
