Will the Demco sliding hitch and rail kit for the 2016 Ram factory hitch set up work on a 2018 3500 Mega Cab? Thanks

For your 2018 Ram 3500 the Demco Hijacker # DM8550034 will work with the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6099, which are the same parts that work on a 2016 Ram 3500. The rail adapter is a confirmed fit for both the 6-1/2 foot and 8 foot beds on the Ram 3500.
