Troubleshooting Electric Jack Power on Salem Cruise Lite 171RBXL
Question:
I cant find the power wire that feeds the electric jacks on a salem cruise lite 171RBXL. I have no power to the switch. And all the fuses are good.

I recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 on the wires coming in and out of your switch. This will tell you if you have any power going into the switch or coming out of the switch when activated. It is possible you have a bad switch, and this will let us know if we need to trace a wire for a short or not.
If you find that you don't have power going to your switch which is what it sounds like, you will need to physically trace the wire probing the insulation every couple of feet to test for power to find a short and replace that portion of wire as needed with # 10-1-1.
