We do offer a light-duty Class I hitch for the 2015 Mustang GT convertible, part # 24928 from Draw-Tite. This hitch is rated for a maximum of 2000-lbs of trailer weight.
Towing also requires a wiring harness # 118487, a ball mount # 3594 and a hitch ball like 2-inch ball # 19258 or 1-7/8-inch # 19256.
Please note that Ford specifies on page 180 of the online owner's manual that the vehicle can tow no more than 1000-lbs. A touring Harley can easily weigh well over 800-lbs. By the time you add the trailer weight you may be over the car's limits.
