Installing a transmission cooler and an oil cooler on your 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan is an excellent idea if you are hauling or towing loads of any amount of weight. It will help keep the temperatures of the fluids down which will help prolong the life of the transmission and engine in your vehicle. It would not be too much for your vehicle.
I would recommend the Derale Combination Transmission and Engine Oil Cooler, part # D15902. With this part you will only need to find room to mount one cooler, instead of trying to find space to locate two separate coolers.
You will need to measure and find room in front of the AC condenser or in front of the radiator for the cooler. The cooler measures 17 inches wide x 12-1/2 inches tall x 3/4 inch deep. Also, you will want to check the distance that the filter will be set off of the engine with the sandwich adapter in place. You will need to check to be sure there is enough room so that the filter can be set off by 2-1/4 inches, and you will still be able to remove and install the filter for oil changes.
The combination transmission and engine oil cooler will come with multiple sleeve nuts to ensure proper thread size for your vehicle. I am including a link to a FAQ page on transmission coolers and a link to a FAQ page on engine oil coolers.
