Curt A16 Fifth Wheel Hitch that Fits Factory Rail Kit of 2012 Ford F-250

Hello, I have a 2012 F-250 that came with the gooseneck hole. I would like to install this: Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails AdapterItem # C16210 and Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Item # C16120. I want to confirm if these two items are compatible and if they will be compatible with my truck to pull a 5th trailer with 10K lbs. Thank you.

When you say your truck came with a gooseneck hole do you mean it came with the factory Ford rail kit in the bed of the truck or was an aftermarket hitch installed there?
If the truck has the factory Ford rail kit the hitch you need is the part # C16520-16017 which is a Curt A16 designed specifically for the rail kit you have in your truck.
If instead you have a Curt gooseneck hitch installed in the bed of your truck the X5 adapter part # C16210 and the A16 hitch part # C16120 would work well.
