To install the Curt TriFlex # C24VV trailer brake controller in your 2006 GMC Savana Van you will need to wire in harness part # C51515.
Vehicles with the 7-way tow package have the blue output brake wire already run from the back to the front. It is located under the dash near the emergency brake pedal. This connects to the blue wire on the harness. The white wire connects to battery negative, the red wire connects to the cold side of the brake light switch and the black wire connects to battery + terminal through a 40-amp breaker such as # PK54540. Please refer to the linked help article on brake controller installation.
If your truck has a round plug with a cap inside the driver's side frame rail instead of a bundle of wires in the jack storage compartment, use part # 30955 to provide a 7-way socket.
On the F-53 there is an under-dash connection port that slows you to use the plug-in harness # C51322.
