I recommend going with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT78MR for a trailer hitch on your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
This trailer hitch is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver like what you are needing. It installs on a standard rear bumper and has a Gross Towing Weight (GTW) of 4,500 lbs and a Tongue Weight (TW) of 675 lbs. Be sure to check your owner's manual to make sure you can safely reach those weight capacities.
For wiring I recommend the Hopkins part # HM42635 which will give you a 4-Way flat connector that activates the basic lighting functions on your trailer.
Be sure to check out the linked installation video for the Draw-Tite trailer hitch and also the ball mount article to ensure you have the correct one for your application.
