Best Flat Tow Wiring for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
I already have the tow bar - base plates - braking system - and cables for flat towing my 11 Jeep Wrangler but I need the wiring for lights. Is this it?

We do have the wiring you need to activate your 2011 Jeep Wrangler lights while it is being flat towed but the Hopkins part # HM42635 that you referenced is used when towing a trailer with your Jeep. You will need a different system for flat towing.
I recommend using the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This is one of our most popular kits because it uses a 7-Way on the RV side of the coiled wire which is typically what you see at the back of an RV.
Since the Jeep side has a 6-Way you can also install the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 since you have to disconnect the battery of your Jeep when towing. This will keep your battery charged which comes in handy especially when using a braking system like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR which runs off of the battery.
You may also be interested in the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect # RM-766 to make disconnecting your battery much quicker and you don't have to worry that you reconnected it properly.
Be sure to check your owner's manual for any specific directions on flat towing your Jeep.
I have attached some review videos for you to check out.
