Recommended PSI for 17,000 lbs Trailer

is it ok to inflate to only 30 psi since i am towing a heavy 17,000 pound trailer?

Your trailer tires should always be inflated to the max capacity listed on the sidewall of your tires when inflated cold. Trailer tires are designed to be run at their max psi at all times to provide proper weight capacity, traction, and wear. If you over-inflate or under-inflate the tires they can fail and this is the most common cause of blowouts and uneven tread wear.

30 PSI would definitely not be a good option as I'm not aware of any trailer tires with that max rating especially on heavy trailers. I've attached an article to further assist.
