The Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit, part # RP30035 will fit your 1994 Ford F-250 XLT Long Bed. These rails will work with your Reese 15K hitch as long as it is not a Reese Elite Series (or Signature Series) models. They are compatible with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky hitches.
I am including a link to the installation instructions on the Reese rails and a link to a video of the Reese rails being installed on a Ford F-250.
If you are needing to install an additional 7-Way connector in the bed of your truck I would recommend the Draw-Tite 7-Way Pre-Wired Vehicle Connector, part # 20023.
