The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors # KS70103-04T that you referenced do carry over some of the electrical features that you have on your 2018 Toyota Tundra, but lane departure alert is not one of them.

They are powered mirrors so that you don't have to open up your windows to adjust them. They also come with the ability to heat the glass and have amber lights on the side of the mirror for when your turn signal is activated.
